The state allows you to cherry pick Realtor sales information of not so savvy young buyers and stick that price tag on every house. Your valuations are still as goofy as 2008.......in 2015, most savvy buyers are buying repos at a faster rate 5 to 1 than Realtor sales. you should include those negative sales into the mix.......but we know you wont.

I think it is very important to protect history. my great great grandparents, Albert and Letha Green once lived in the Green house just off of the Lewisville Highway. It is on the register of historic places and I am always glad to see how historically preserved it is at the family reunions and parties.

I don't have faith in Marc Boldt's ability to be a county commissioner. It is becoming abundantly clear that he is more interested in his election to office and not the citizens of Clark County. I hope he has a strong opponent this election cycle and is out of office by the end of the year. I would have to say that he doesn't represent our county well.
